We always strive to ensure that every product we deliver is something you will love and admire, as well as one that will be appreciated by those around you. To make this a reality, we have assembled a dedicated procurement team focused on sourcing only the highest-quality fabrics at the most reasonable prices. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that every item featured on our website meets these standards.

Moreover, we have established a comprehensive quality control system that guarantees the final product is exactly as promised. This system not only ensures the quality and quantity of our fabrics but also rigorously checks the color accuracy. We take great care in matching colors to the actual product to avoid discrepancies. Despite all these efforts, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, our terms are outlined below:

             International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

             If you find any defects in the product, receive an incorrect item, or notice a significant color difference from what you had ordered, please send a picture of the received product along with the original product image within 2 days of receiving your order.              Customized products are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of major defects. If you encounter such an issue, please share a picture of the defect and send it to [email address] or reach out by dropping a WhatsApp text at 7219790188, and we will assist you further.

             Kindly ensure that the product is returned within 7 days of receiving approval for the exchange.

             The product must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in its original, undamaged condition.

             Please do not cut the fabric. It must remain in its original cut length to be eligible for an exchange. Once cut, the fabric cannot be exchanged.

             The replacement product shall be received by you once the above conditions are satisfied.

             While we take great care to accurately describe the color, weight, width, and other specifications, slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of the fabric. Further, the actual product may differ slightly in color to images shown due to light and screen brightness effects. Modes of Refund:

If an order is cancelled due to unavailability of the fabric, we shall contact you on your registered contact number and the payment shall be refunded to your UPI Id or UPI Number. Please note that the entire refund process takes approximately 5 - 7 days to be completed and we expect you to be patient for this time.
