Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

- Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation.

- Customized or made-to-order products may have longer processing times.

2. Shipping Destinations:

- Matching Woman ships products domestically within India and internationally to specified countries (subject to confirmation from courier partners).

3. Shipping Charges:

- Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping destination and the weight of the order.

- The charges are displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

 -  Regular shipping typically takes around 7-8 working days to deliver a product in India, while express shipping takes 2-3 working days to deliver your product to your doorstep. Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

*In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you.  Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

- For urgent deliveries, please choose the express shipping option during checkout and pay the additional charges for faster delivery.

- Customized or made-to-order products may have longer delivery times.

5. International Shipping:

- We offer global shipping through our trusted international partners, with delivery typically taking 10 to 12 business days. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your product selection and shipping destination.

- Kindly note, express shipping is not applicable in case of International Shipping.

- Shipping charges are determined by the weight and volume of the product and may vary depending on the destination country. The rates are based on those provided by our shipping partners.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

6. Order Tracking:

- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

- Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment.

7. Shipping Confirmation:

- A shipping confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched.

- It includes tracking information and estimated delivery dates.

8. Damaged or Incomplete Orders:

- In the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, contact Matching Woman within 48 hours of receiving the order.

- Provide pictures/full unboxing video of the issue via email at [email address].

- Claims after 48 hours of parcel receipt will not be entertained.

9. Quality Control:

- All products undergo rigorous quality checks before packaging and dispatch.

 10. Shipping of Replacement Products:

- Replacement products are shipped within the same timeframes as regular orders.

 11. Delivery Address Accuracy:

- Ensure accurate delivery address details to avoid shipping issues.

- Matching Woman is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

- In case of inaccurate address /new address update given by customer, return parcel charges and re-forwarding charges will have to borne by customer.
